We talk to Arron about his YTS days at Peterborough, his decision to turn down a pro contract there and go back to full time education to study for a degree. 

Non league days, his transition to part time physio part time goalkeeper and through to his current role as Head of Medical at Chelmsford City and running his own practice at Back to Best injury and rehabilitation Clinic.

I learnt a lot in this discussion and the depth of his responsibilities are eye opening.
